I offer a confidential and non-judgemental service. As an integrative practitioner I am informed by a number of psychological theories and techniques that take into account the whole lived experience of the individual. Most importantly, I view the therapeutic relationship as the main vehicle of change and work in a collaborative and anti-oppressive fashion to help my clients explore and reflect on their difficulties and achieve their goals in therapy.
I also provide consultations in Italian
Before setting up my private practice in 2016, I worked for 14 years as a counsellor for various NHS Specialist Psychological Therapy Clinics, NHS Addiction Services, Community Counselling Services, and Counselling and Psychotherapy Institutes and Clinics.
I am a full clinical member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and a graduate member of the British Psychological Society (BPS).
I abide by the UKCP code of ethics and professional standards, undergo regular clinical supervision, and hold full professional civil liability insurance.
I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) as a tier 2 sensitive data handler.
As part of my commitment to continuous professional development, I attend conferences, webinars, and workshops both online and in person.
