My name is Paola Tedeschi. I offer long, medium, and short term counselling and psychotherapy in a confidential, relaxed, and professional setting in London Bridge and East Dulwich.

I work as an integrative therapist, which means that my practice is informed by various psychological theories and techniques as well as what my clients find supportive and helpful in the achievement of their goals.

I can help with a range of issues including addiction and addictive behaviours, depression, anxiety, trauma and post traumatic stress, interpersonal and relationships problems, loss, bereavement, and life stage issues.

You can contact me via email or telephone for a confidential exploration of your difficulties and to arrange an initial consultation at my private practice.

How I work

I offer a confidential and non-judgemental service. As an integrative practitioner I am informed by a number of psychological theories and techniques that take into account the whole lived experience of the individual. Most importantly, I view the therapeutic relationship as the main vehicle of change and I work in a collaborative and anti-oppressive fashion to help my clients explore and reflect on their difficulties and achieve their goals in therapy.

I also provide consultations in Italian
